This single-storey villa is light, airy and refurbished. It is very spacious with open plan lounge/diner, fully fitted kitchen, double bedroom and shower room / WC. There is a large private sun terrace with BBQ, patio table and chairs, sunbeds and shaded area under the large pergola. All in all, a real home from home! The refitted kitchen has new tiling, granite worktop with new hob plus oven, microwave, fridge/freezer, kettle, toaster and coffee machine, and it is fully equipped with crockery, cutlery and cooking utensils. The large open plan lounge/diner is decorated and furnished to a high standard with sofa and arm chairs, various tables, lamps, sideboard and a dining table with four chairs. There is a flat screen satellite TV providing British (BBC1, BBC 2, ITV, Channel 4, Sky Sports 1, 2 plus News), Spanish, German and Italian channels. Also provided are DVD player, telephone and WiFi internet. The double bedroom has twin beds (these can be pushed together like a double if required) and there is a large double wardrobe with plenty of storage space. When more than 2 guests are staying, additional guests sleep on folding Z-beds. Maximum occupancy for this villa is 4 guests.
All windows have mosquito screens. All linen and towels are provided, including green towels for the swimming pool. There is a washing machine, ironing board, hairdryer and also a small safe in the bedroom. The villa is wheelchair accessible, being all on one level making it ideal for people with disabilities and families. The sun terrace is gated which means that young children can play in safety outside the villa; there is also a door-bell fixed by the gate.
Air-conditioning is available as an optional extra for £25 per week.
